  • OCTOBER 2005 : The League of California Cities grants the prestigious Helen Putnam Award to the City of Beverly Hills for its implementation of the Online Business Center (OBC), powered by Edgesoft's Enterprise Land Management System (eLMS™). The award was presented at the League of California Cities Annual Conference at the Moscone Center West, San Francisco, October 6 -7, 2005.

  • OCTOBER 2005 : The Online Business Center (OBC) wins the Government Computer News (GCN) Agency Award  for the City of Beverly Hills. The award was presented at the annual GCN Awards in Washington D.C. on October 11, 2005. GCN is a leading source for news and state-of-the-art technology at all levels of government.

  • OCTOBER 2005 : Entitled "Star System", an article on the Online Business Center (OBC) was featured in the October 10th issue (Vol. 24 No. 30) of Government Computer News (GCN). The article describes how the development of the OBC addressed the challenges faced by the City of Beverly Hills' former IT infrastructure and saved the City more than $260,000 in four departments alone in its first year.

  • JULY 2005 : The City of Burbank selects Edgesoft's Enterprise Land Management System (eLMS™) as the enterprise-wide solution for implementing their Land Data Management Plan (LDMP) initiatives. The basic eLMS™ framework and the Code Enforcement Module are being deployed as Phase I. This phase is part of a three-year LDMP initiative.

  • JUNE 2005 : An article on the Online Business Center (OBC) was featured in Western City Magazine's June 2005 edition. The article describes how the City of Beverly Hills was able to address its need for a Web-based, forward-thinking software solution by implementing the OBC.

  • JUNE 2005 : Edgesoft has led the development effort for a new product offering build on VS.NET. The software solution is already in Alpha testing and will be released from Intellos Systems in fall of 2005. The solution, named the WEB PPA, provides a step-by-step process that enables an organization/enterprise to manage 100% of product/project development efforts. The primary advantage is the consistent application of the process via a straightforward software solution that encompasses the entire execution cycle. Aspects of the underlying methodology have been featured in over 300 publications and documented in a recent book titled Project Management for Information, Technology, Business, and Certification by Gopal K. Kapur, published in 2005 by Prentice Hall.
  • MARCH 2005 : Edgesoft announces ePacket 2.0 with additional features and an upgraded interface.

  • OCTOBER 2004 : Edgesoft's President is keynote speaker at the Southern California City Clerks Association, hosted by the City of Beverly Hills.
