Edgesoft offers its clients a financing or lease-to-purchase option through IBM Global Financing. IBM will pre-approve a City’s credit before the project goes to council, so that the City can consider the proposed monthly payments upfront. These remain the same whether the solution is financed under the Installment Payment Agreement or the Lease Agreement.
