- Shan Sundar, Founder & Chairman
He is responsible for the overall operations of the company as well as establishing strategic partnerships and overseeing business development. His energy, vision and integrity make Edgesoft a world-class company. Prior to making his vision a reality in founding Edgesoft, Sundar served as Chief Information Officer for Audio-Digest Foundation, a medical publication company and the largest medical education provider in the world. He has 25 years of experience in various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, publications, telecommunications and government, and has trained IT staff at several Fortune 1000 companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in mechanical engineering from Madras University and a Master of Science degree from Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay.

- Dr. Deepak Patil, Managing Director & CEO
He has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry and invaluable expertise in management, administration, sales, delivery and product architecture. His last assignment was as VP for Global Delivery Integrated Business Operations and Transformation in IBM India. He has served as CMD of Asera Software (India) Pvt Ltd., which he set up as headquarters for the Asia Pacific operations of USA-based Asera Inc., which provides commerce, supply chain and eMarketplace solutions. He was the Co-founder, President and CEO of eVizeon India; MD of VeriFone India Ltd.; and GM heading the Technology Center in IBM Global Services, India. Deepak holds a B. Tech, M. Tech and Ph. D. in Aeronautical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay.

- John Dohm, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Prior to joining the Edgesoft team, John was CIO and VP of E-commerce for the WABCO Vehicle Control Systems division of American Standard, a worldwide IT organization. John's expertise includes defining and assuring corporate/IT strategy alignment, enterprise level project portfolio management, program and project office management, and implementation of IT/Business project management standards, procedures and guidelines. John received his MBA from the Northwestern Graduate School of Management (Kellogg) and a combined Master of Science/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University.

- Anand Belaguly, Director of Technology
He
has more than 11 years of experience in systems and application development, database programming, and project management. He has been associated at various levels in the architecture, development and implementation of commercial business systems across myriad industries, including healthcare, banking, publishing, manufacturing and entertainment. Anand is an expert in helping organizations transform internal business systems and streamline operations by capitalizing on scalable, enterprise-wide new technologies. Anand holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.

- Steve Bartlett, Director of Sales
Steve is responsible for new sales development and brings more than 30 years of sales and sales management experience providing software and hardware solutions to government agencies and commercial organizations. Specifically, Steve spent nearly 10 years working exclusively with Community Development and Land Management departments. Steve earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from The University of Central Missouri.

- Philip A. Hawkey, Advisor
He
provides invaluable expertise into the requirements for and benefits of electronic land management to streamline all levels of city government operations. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at the University of La Verne, and has served as City Manager for the cities of Toledo, Ohio and Pasadena, California.
