• Shan Sundar, Founder & Chairman

  He is responsible for the overall operations of the company as well as establishing strategic partnerships and overseeing business development. His energy, vision and integrity make Edgesoft a world-class company. Prior to making his vision a reality in founding Edgesoft, Sundar served as Chief Information Officer for Audio-Digest Foundation, a medical publication company and the largest medical education provider in the world. He has 25 years of experience in various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, publications, telecommunications and government, and has trained IT staff at several Fortune 1000 companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in mechanical engineering from Madras University and a Master of Science degree from Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay.

• John Dohm, Chief Technology Officer

  Prior to joining the Edgesoft team, John was CIO and VP of E-commerce for the WABCO Vehicle Control Systems division of American Standard, a worldwide IT organization. John's expertise includes defining and assuring corporate/IT strategy alignment, enterprise level project portfolio management, program and project office management, and implementation of IT/Business project management standards, procedures and guidelines. John received his MBA from the Northwestern Graduate School of Management (Kellogg) and a combined Master of Science/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University.

• Anand Belaguly, Director of Technology

  He has more than 11 years of experience in systems and application development, database programming, and project management. He has been associated at various levels in the architecture, development and implementation of commercial business systems across myriad industries, including healthcare, banking, publishing, manufacturing and entertainment. Anand is an expert in helping organizations transform internal business systems and streamline operations by capitalizing on scalable, enterprise-wide new technologies. Anand holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.

• Philip A. Hawkey, Advisor

  He provides invaluable expertise into the requirements for and benefits of electronic land management to streamline all levels of city government operations. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at the University of La Verne, and has served as City Manager for the cities of Toledo, Ohio and Pasadena, California.

• Rod Wood, Advisor

  We are pleased to announce that Mr. Rod Wood has joined the Board of Advisors of Edgesoft, Inc. Mr. Wood will bolster its abilities to continue to provide products that meet the day to day and critical needs of local government to increase productivity and revenues and to save costs. Mr. Wood has nearly 40 years in local government having served as city manager in four California cities, Beverly Hills, Indian Wells, Novato and Escondido. He also has 8 years of experience as a city planner. Mr. Wood has been and remains active in professional associations having served as past President of the California Chapter of the International City Managers Association (Cal-ICMA) and as a Past President of the California League of Cities City Mangers Department. He currently serves on the Cal-ICMA Ethics Committee, Preparing the Next Generation and is a credentialed city manager serves as a Legacy Leader for ICMA. He has been widely published and has been a lecturer at numerous universities, professional conferences and industry seminars.

• Clarence Griffin

  Formerly served as The field Representative for California State Assemblyman Jerome Horton. He serves as an advisor to the company and helps to build relationships with local municipalities within the County of Los Angeles. He earned a bachelors degree from Pitzer College and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
