Burbank’s Edgesoft ePALS™ (enterprise Permitting and Licensing System) software includes seven departments, which includes Building Permits, Planning, Code Enforcement, Public Request for Service, Public Works, Business License/Tax, Parking Permits, Housing rehabilitation loans, public portal for permits, license and code enforcement including online payment and mobile inspections for building and code enforcement.

Results

Over the past 15 years with thousands of inspections being finalized, permits being issues, and complaints being handled and turned into cases, it has created a massive amount of data.
